About Susan Cutter

Get to Know Susan Cutter, dedicated alternative healing practitioner  

After a successful career as a senior human resources and business operations professional, Susan began her education as an energy medicine healer in 1999. She completed training in Therapeutic Touch (TT) at the New York Open Center. Advanced courses and learning opportunities followed. This strengthened Susan’s commitment to expanding the reach of this gentle but powerful healing modality.

Susan is continuing to develop her Spiritual Healing (Trance Healing) skills. Most recently, in 2019, she completed a Spiritual Healing Mastery week at Lily Dale, the spiritualist town in upstate New York, and served as a Spiritualist healer intern during Services in the Healing Temple.

Sharing Healing Energy

Apart from incorporating TT throughout her energy healing practice, Susan coordinates and mentors TT practitioners at the monthly healing group at the New York Theosophical Center. She also leads a guided meditation healing group every month in Queens.

During the Covid 19 pandemic, these meetings are conducted virtually via Zoom.

Becoming a Reiki Master

Susan’s study of Usui Reiki began in 2005 and she qualified as a Usui Reiki Master in 2010. In 2012, she became a Karuna Reiki Master. In 2017, she earned the title of Usui Holy Fire II Reiki Master. She travelled to Sedona, Arizona for the course and immersed herself in the vortex energies there.

In 2013, Susan became a National Guild of Hypnotists (NGH)-certified Consulting Hypnotist. She uses this technique to help people resolve everyday problems concerning self-confidence, pain and stress management, weight loss, and motivation.

Ever since Susan could remember, she had always been an intuitive and empathetic person. She found herself drawn to help those who are troubled, immobilized by their issues, illnesses, or disabilities. After she discovered the healing modalities of Reiki, Therapeutic Touch, Hypnosis, and Guided Meditation, Susan knew she found her place and purpose in life.
